1. What This Site Is

LogicEncoder.com is a portfolio and tools site run by an independent developer. It provides realtime data tools and monitoring dashboards — Ethereum gas tracker, MEXC exchange statistics, on-chain transaction monitors, holder analytics — alongside a technical blog and a user account system for accessing app features.

Some tools display exchange statistics or market data that traders may find useful. This does not make LogicEncoder a trading platform, broker, or financial service provider. All data is displayed for informational purposes only.

Registration Data

  • Email address, display name, and password (hashed — never stored in plain text)
  • Marketing consent status and date

Security and Access Logging

All requests to this site are logged. Logged data includes IP addresses, user agents, request paths, timestamps, and related connection metadata. This logging exists for operational security purposes only — detecting and filtering malicious traffic, identifying attack patterns, blocking abusive IPs, and maintaining service integrity. We see a significant volume of automated attack traffic and this logging is how we identify and ban it. This data is not sold, rented, or shared with any third party. It is retained and used solely by the site operator for security and abuse prevention.

4. Registration Requirements

  • Email verification is required before accessing account features
  • Temporary or disposable email addresses are not accepted

  • Marketing email consent is required for registration. By registering you agree to receive updates and content from LogicEncoder. Unsubscribing from emails results in account termination — registration and email consent are tied together

  • Not use automated attack tools, scanners, or bots against the site

  • All custom code, theme files, plugin implementations, and original content on LogicEncoder.com are the property of the site operator
  • You may not copy, redistribute, or commercialize them without explicit written permission
  • Data sourced from third-party APIs (exchanges, blockchain RPCs, data providers) remains subject to those providers own terms

  • Market data and on-chain data may have delays or inaccuracies depending on upstream sources

  • Data inaccuracies or downtime caused by third-party data sources
  • Service interruptions, bugs, or degradation

9. Account Termination

By You

  • You may close your account at any time via account settings
  • Unsubscribing from marketing emails results in account termination

By Us

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for terms violations
  • We may terminate accounts that unsubscribe from marketing communications
  • We permanently ban IPs and accounts engaging in attack or abuse behavior — no exceptions
  • Terminated users may not re-register without explicit permission

10. Modifications

  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
  • Material changes will be communicated via email where possible

11. Governing Law

  • Disputes will first be addressed through direct negotiation; arbitration if needed
